For those that don’t alpine ski/snowboard Telluride has a wealth of other activities in the winter. We have a large and beautiful valley floor that is known for some of Colorado’s finest Nordic skiing. If you like to ice skate there are three rinks, one covered and one under the sun and stars, in the town park and another rink in Mountain Village. For a back country experience, how about Heli-skiing, snowmobiling, or a sleigh ride? After a hard day on the hill, we have many spas, massage therapists and yoga classes.

Telluride Ice Rink Information The Hanley Rink in Town Park is a covered, refrigerated NHL size hockey rink. The Outdoor Ice Rink in Town Park is a natural, non-refrigerated rink.

Mountain Village Ice Rink Info Our full-service Mountain Village Ice Rink, operated by Boot Doctors, is located in Mountain Village Center. For those in need of equipment, BootDoctors rents hockey and figure skates of all sizes and offers private skate lessons, punch cards and season passes. Kids five years and younger skate for free.
