Accommodations In Telluride Policies All prices listed exclusive of tax and fee and are nightly rates. Minimum stays may be required during some periods Prices subject to change without notice We accept most major credit cards, however checks are appreciated and are required for discounted lodging. Guest is responsible for payment of all room nights reserved. Changes to confirmed reservations may be subject to a change fee. Stays of 8 or more nights require a once weekly house keeping visit at renter's expense. At Accommodations In Telluride we offer our guests the most unique and historic homes in the Telluride region. These homes reflect our historic town with their elegance, luxury and history. In order to fully protect these homes for future generations we require a $500 to $1000 security deposit for all stays. This security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 30 days of checkout if no damages are found. Cancellations made within 3 days of booking are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received after 3 days of booking will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival (75 days of arrival for holiday and festival dates) is non-refundable, unless property is rebooked, in which case all monies will be returned less a $150.00 booking fee. (Monies forfeited do not include security deposits). Minimum stays may be required during some periods. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your holiday.
