Stepping into the open concept first floor you can see all the way through to the updated kitchen with its vintage charm. A large wood burning fireplace is the focal point of this large area with its high ceilings and windows that bring in lots of light any time of the year. The is a massive handmade dining table for large family dinners and an island in the kitchen. for the kiddos to have a nice spot for breakfast and snacking. There is a deck off the dining room large enough for entertaining a big group. It features an amazing view of the famous Mt. Wilson Peak.

There is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite on this level along with a dedicated office space (with queen pullout sofa).
